摘要 以俄歇电子谱仪与X射线光电子谱仪研究了Fe—23Mn一5Cr合金表面在IMNa2SO4水溶液中所形成的钝化膜.实验结果说明:①钝化膜的外层富含氧,钝化膜的中层富含铬与锰;②在钝化膜中,铬、锰与铁分别呈Cr3+,Mn3+,Fe3+及Fe0,氧形成M—O键;③钝化膜很可能由Cr2O3,Mn2O3,Fe2O3与微量金属铁混合组成. The passive film formed on the surface of Fe-23Mn-5Cr alloy in iM Na2SO4 aqueous solutinn has been investigated by the Auger electron spectrometer and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer.The results show that:(1)the outer pert of the passive film is enridied in chromium and manganese;(2)chromium is present in the passive film as Cr3+,manganese as Mn3+,iron as Fe3+and Fe0 and oxygen in M-O bond and(3)the passive film is probably made up of a fixture of Cr2O3,Mn2O3,Fe2O3and Fe0.
