摘要
对采用ISG电机的一款混合动力轿车进行了系统匹配仿真分析,通过对NEDC和SHDC工况下不同电机功率匹配情况、燃油消耗的仿真分析,得出了不同电机功率匹配对油耗的影响;接下来通过0-100km/h加速仿真,确定了满足加速性能要求的电机功率,并通过多次连续加速测试确定了电池容量的大致需求。从仿真分析的角度提出了ISG系统可行的匹配方案和预期的开发目标。
The article makes matching simulation analysis to the system of a certain hybrid car mounted with ISG motor. The effect of different motor power matching on fuel consumption is analyzed by simulation analysis of fuel consumption at NEDC and SHDC mode. The following 0 - 100km/h acceleration simulation determines the motor power that satisfies the acceleration function, and also determines the general requirement of cell capacity by several times of sequential acceleration test. The feasible matching plan and expected development target is put forward from the point of simulation analysis.
