摘要
为了研究不锈钢在氢氟酸腐蚀环境中免遭腐蚀。作者用失重法研究了硫氰酸钠在氢氟酸溶液中对不锈钢的吸附及缓蚀作用,并应用吸附理论和Sekine方法对实验数据进行处理。.结果硫氰酸钠对不锈钢在氢氟酸介质中的腐蚀具有良好的抑制作用,是一种吸附型缓蚀剂,低浓度下在不锈钢表面的吸附基本符合Langmuir等温式,相关系数大于0.999。通过对实验数据的处理,获得了吸附过程△H0、△S0和△G0等重要的热力学参数,△H0=-60.2KJ/mol,说明吸附过程是放热的。
For studying the stainless steel can't be suffered the corrosion in hydrofluoric acid environment. The author studied adsorption and corrosion inhibition action of stainless steel in hydrofluoric acid with sodium rhodanide by weight-loss method, and apply to adsorption theory and the method of Sekine to experiment data processing. The result shows sodium rhodanide has the good and restrainable function to the corrosion of the stainless steel in the hydrofluoric acid solution,.So sodium rhodanide is a kind corrosion inhibitor of adsorption and followed the Langmuir isothermal equation on the surface of the stainless steel in low density, the related coefficient is over and above 0.999. The author acquires the important thermodynamics parameter, for example,△H^0、△S^0 and △ G^0 by experiment data processing. △ H^0=-60.2KJ/mol,so the adsorption procedure is exothermic reaction.
