呼吸功能障碍对心脏病患者死亡的影响

Effects of respiratory insufficiency on the mortality of heart diseases

目的:探讨呼吸功能障碍对心脏病[肺源性心脏病(肺心病)除外]患者死亡的影响。方法:回顾性分析137例心脏病死亡患者中有呼吸功能障碍及无呼吸功能障碍[以血氧饱和度(SaO2%)为标准]的变化,与临终前呼吸及心跳停止先后顺序(以医生到场所观察的呼吸、心跳情况为标准)关系,分组对比进行统计学处理。结果:137例心脏病死亡患者中,有呼吸功能障碍患者96例,其中呼吸停止63例,心跳先停14例,呼吸、心跳一起停止19例;无呼吸功能障碍患者41例,呼吸先停9例,心跳先停24例,呼吸心跳一起停止18例,用x2检验,P<0.05。结论:呼吸功能障碍在心脏病患者死亡中有重要意义,改善呼吸功能能明显降低心脏病患者死亡率。

Objective：To investigate the important influence of respiratory insufficiency on the mortality of heart diseases outside the pulmonary heart disease.Methods：137 patients died of heart diseases were retrospectively analyzed according to the oxygen saturaion of blood （SaO2%）and the relationship with the sequence of respiratory or heart arrest just before death.Results：96 of 137 patients died of heart diseases had respiratory insufficiency,among them respiratory arrest came first in 63 cases,heart arrest came first in 14 cases,and both at the same time in 19 cases.Among those without respiratory insufficiency,respiratory arrest came first in 9 cases,heart arrest came first in 24 cases,and both at the same time in 18 cases （x^2 test,P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion：Respiratory insufficiency is very important in patients with heart diseases.Improving respiratory function can significantly decrease the mortality of heart diseases.
