Enzxyme Development Change of Serum and Meaning of 65 Cases of Patients of Low Potassium Blood

目的探讨低钾血症患者的血清酶学动态变化及其意义。方法对65例低钾血症患者的血清酶学(ALP,GGT,GK,LDH,AST,ALT)进行动态监测,并观察临床变化。结果低钾血症患者的血清酶均有不同程度的升高,与失钾程度呈正相关,症状的轻重取决于钾的缺乏程度和发展速度。结论血清酶学的监测对了解病情,指导治疗,判断预后有一定的帮助。

Objective,： To observe dymaic changed serum enzyme the in hyporalcmia patients, Method： To monitor actively the serum enzyme （ALP, GGT, CK, LDH, AST and ALT）of 65 cases of low potassium blood patients and observe the clinical changes. Results： The enzyme of serum of low potassium blood patients increase and has direct proportion to poisoning degree. The seriousness of the parle,is condition dcpends on the degree of the depletion of potassium and development speed. Conclusion： the monitor of serum enzyme is very important to understand the disease and gttide instruct the treatment as well as predict the prognosis of the disease.
