摘要
目的探讨电击伤的病理机制。方法建立电击伤动物模型。30只大鼠随机分为6组电击死组、1h、2h、4h、8h及实验对照组。每组5只。电击死组通电致死,其他试验组于电击后1h、2h、4h、8h处死;检测所有实验大鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾、骨骼肌、皮肤、脑等脏器c-fos及caspase-8蛋白的表达情况,其结果用图象分析技术处理。结果电击各组大鼠心、肝、肺、肾、骨骼肌、脑c-fos蛋白呈强阳性表达,脾脏与皮肤呈阴性表达;电击各组大鼠心、肝、肺、肾、骨骼肌caspase-8蛋白呈强阳性表达,脾脏与皮肤呈阴性表达;结论电击可导致多脏器损伤,c-fos及caspase-8蛋白参与了电流损伤的病理过程。
Objective: To study on the mechanism of electrical injury, Methods: Thirty healthy male Sprague- Dawely rats were ramdomized into six groups, five per group, ie. electrified immediately group, 1hr, 2hr, 4hr, 8hr groups after electrified, and control group.The control group were clamped but not electrified. The brain, lung, heart, liver, spleen, kidney, musscle of electrified limb, and cutis of eleetrifiod limb of all experimental rats and those organs of control groups were dissected to detect the expressions of c - fos and easpase - 8 by immunohistoehemistry staining, whose intensity were assessed by image analysis system.Results: the expression of c- fos was positive in brain, heart, liver, lung, kidney and muscle of electrified directly group, with staining intensity being strongest at 2h after electrified and deereasing at 8h after electrified; The expressions of c - fos in spleen and curls is negative in all groups; the expression of easpase - 8 was positive in brain, heart, liver, anti kidney, with staining intensity being strongest at 4h after electrified and decreasing at 8h after electrified;the expressions of easpase - 8 in spleen, lung, muscle and curls is negative in all groups. Conclusion: The current can injury many organs, which can express c -fos and caspase- 8, and tbey may be take part in the pathophysiology process of electrical injury.
