研制QD_3型凹底平车的任务来源、用途、主要性能参数及尺寸、结构概况、试验结果及运用情况。该车载重30_t、自重23_t、车辆长度16938mm。
In this paper, the origin of task for development of the depressed bottom flat car type QD_3 and its application, main performance parameters, dimensions, general conditions of structure, test results and operation are introduced. The loading capaeity of this car is 30t, the tare weight is 23t, the length is 16938mm.
