缓冲器性能的综合试验研究

Comprehensive Test and Research of the Draft Gear Performance

介绍了缓冲器性能试验方法及各种试验方法间的差异。认为缓冲器的性能试验应以动态试验为主,特别是以落锤试验为主(可定量),冲击试验为辅(可定性)的原则进行。提出了常用经验公式的不足之处,并进行了修正。

In this paper, methods for testing, draft gear performances and differences among various testing methods are introduced. It is recognized that the performance test of draft gears should be carrid out according to the principle that dynamic test, especially drop hammer test, should be taken as principal test (quantitative test)and impact test should be taken as supplementary test (qualitative test). The shortcomings of ordinary empirical formula are put forth and are modified.
