运行中单相电能表的质量分析

Quantity Analysis of Single Phase Electric Power Meters in Service

咸宁市城农网改造使用的单相电能表已运行6年,按照《电能计量装置技术管理规程》(DL/T448-2000)的规定,已到了进行抽检的年限。根据运行电能表的抽样检定结果,分析了各类型电能表的误差特点,对《电能计量装置技术管理规程》中关于运行中Ⅴ类电能表周期检定和轮换的规定提出了新的建议。

The single phase energy meters have been running for 6 years since the urban and rural power network reform in Xianning city. According to the regulation of ＂Technical administrative code of electric energy metering （DL/T 448-2000）＂, this is the year of beginning to do the random sampling verification. Based on the year of beginning to do the random sampling verification results of the running electric energy meters, the features of errors of every kind of electric energy meters were introduced. A new proposal to the regulation about periodic verification and rotation of V series energy meters in service issured from ＂Technical administrative code of electric energy metering＂was put forward.
