摘要
该文以升流式曝气生物滤池(UBAF)深度处理碱法草浆中段废水出水;主要研究了其工艺条件和工艺特征。实验结果表明,在HRT为1.5h,气水比为3:1的条件下CODcr、SS 的平均去除率分别为31%、85%;进水的水力负荷对UBAF的处理效率有一定的影响;反应器运行一段时间以后要进行反冲洗以恢复其处理能力,反冲洗周期为6-7天。
Upflow Biologic Aerated Filter(UBAF)was used for advanced treatment of alkali straw pulp intermediate wastewater, which had been treated by activated sludge way. The paper mainly studied this reactor's process conditions and characteristics. The experiment's result indicated that when HRT was 1.5 hours and gas to liquid ratio was 3:1, the average removal rate of CODcr and SS was 31% and 85 % respectively. The hydraulic loading of influent could affect the treatment efficiency. The reactor needed backwashing to renew its treatment capability after a period of time, and this reactor's backwashing cycle was 6-7 days.
