摘要
[目的]探讨应用护理工作强度系数对综合质量评价结果进行校正的合理性。[方法]调查不同等级护理病人所实施的护理措施项目数,确定护理工作强度系数,计算科室护理工作强度,校正质量评价结果。[结果]经护理工作强度系数校正后,不同科室之间护理过程质量综合评分结果比校正前更具科学性、合理性。[结论]护理质量评价中引入护理工作强度系数,使评价结果更加科学、合理。
Objective：To probe into the rationality of applying intensity coefficient of nursing work to rectify comprehensive quality evaluation result. Methods： To investigate items of nursing measurers carried out for patients in different nursing grades, to make sure intensity coefficient of nursing work, to calculate nursing intensity, and to rectify quality evaluation results. Results： After rectified by intensity coefficient of nursing work, comprehensive scoring resuits of nursing quality among different departments were more scientific and more reasonable than that of before rectification. Conclusion： To apply intensity coefficient of nursing work in nursing quality evaluation could make evaluation result more scientific and more reasonable.
