摘要
通过分析虚拟样机设计(virtual prototyping,VP)的网状层次映射结构,发现目前常用的AND-OR法和层次分析等方法在进行评估决策时均存在忽略且无法解决并行部件设计间相互依赖并作用的问题,提出基于网络分析法(analytic network process,ANP)并同时考虑评估意见模糊性的VP模糊决策数学模型,给出以使集成产品设计小组可在不同粒度仿真层次下对多备选方案进行全面评估和比较的具体实施步骤,最终实现利用VP技术满足对不同投资约束下产品创新设计进行有效决策的需求。
By analyzing the networked hierarchical mapping structure of virtual prototyping (VP), this paper proposes that both interior-dependences and interactions among the concurrent component designs are not only ignored but also inextricable in current VP decision approaches, such as ANDOR method, analytic hierarchical process (AHP) and so on. A fuzzy decision mathematic model is proposed, which is not only based on the analytic network process (ANP) but also on the fuzzy of evaluations. The implementation approach is given so that the integrated product teams make comprehensive evaluations and comparisons among many candidates in variety graininess simulation levels. Finally, the requirement for making decisions with VP for product design creation constrained by different investment size is satisfied.
