摘要
由于卫星在生产和运行中一些不确定因素的影响,卫星热设计参数难以精确确定,从而影响卫星热设计的结果。该文利用系统灵敏度理论,对卫星热设计问题进行了分析,导出了卫星热设计系统的灵敏度方程,并以太阳能电池板的热设计为例,对系统的灵敏度方程进行了求解,分析了各参数的灵敏度,为太阳能电池板热设计中结构及物性参数的确定提供了依据,为太阳能电池板热设计的可靠性验证以及卫星运行可靠性提供了分析方法。将参数分析方法应用于卫星的热设计和热分析中,可提高卫星热设计和热分析的效率。
The problem of the satellite thermal design is analyzed by means of the theory of the system sensitivity analysis and the system sensitivity equations of the satellite thermal design are derived. As an example, the system sensitivity equations are applied to the parameter sensitivity analysis of the thermal design of the solar array of a satellite and the sensitivity of each design parameter is discussed. Such an algorithm provides a basis for the determination of the physical and structural parameters in the solar array thermal design of a satellite and provides an analysis method for the reliability validation of the thermal design and the operating reliability of the satellite. The efficiency of the thermal analysis and thermal design is improved if the variation analysis method is used to the thermal analysis and the thermal design of the satellite.
