摘要
本文以不同高径比的试样在仿真有限元软件DEFORM中进行三维动态模拟,分析不同的模具结构对圆柱体坯料局部镦粗成形过程的影响,研究冷锻过程中的局部镦粗规则,并以伞齿坯的成形为例证明此规则的合理性。
In these experiments we will carry out some three-dimensional dynamic simulations by using cylinder blanks of various ratio of height to diameter (L/D) with finite element software DEFORM, analyze the conclusion gained by using different dies during upsetting processes of cylinder blanks, so we will deduce some upsetting instructions which based on the quality improvement of workpiece. Then it is testified to be rationality through the umbrella gear's forming.
