本文简述了高校图书馆导入ISO9000标准的意义、国内外相关研究的现状,对基于ISO9000系列标准建立高校图书馆服务质量管理体系的步骤、开展ISO认证等几个问题进行了探讨。

This article discussed the significance of introducing ISO9000 into academic library, and the present research status in China and other countries. The approach to establish service quality management system of academic library and developing of ISO certification standards based on the series standards of ISO9000 and so on were discussed in the paper.
