摘要
简要介绍了大型空冷汽轮发电机冷却系统,阐明了定子铁芯及线圈温升计算方法和转子线圈直线部分温升计算方法,分析了该发电机通风冷却系统主要结构特点。该发电机运行于125 MW,13.8 kV时的温升与通风计算和试验结果表明:该发电机通风损耗小,温度分布均匀,冷却效果好。
The cooling system of large air-cooled turbine generators is briefly described, together with a presentation of methods for calculating the temperature of the stator' s core and coils, and accompanied by an analysis of the main structural features of the cooling system. Both calculated and test determined temperatures show that in case of the generator operating at 125 MW, 13.8 kV, ventilation loss is low, temperature distribution even and cooling effect satisfactory.
