摘要
大型汽轮发电机自并励励磁系统在运行中,集电环装置因温度高而发生故障的情况时有发生,严重影响机组的安全稳定运行。以红外检测数据为基础,对嘉兴发电有限责任公司二期工程3号和5号600 MW发电机的集电环温度进行了对比,并对600 MW发电机通风系统运行中存在的几个问题进行了分析,可为600 MW发电机集电环装置对其通风系统的设计改进提供借鉴。
During operation of large turbine generators with self-shunting excitation systems, collector ring failures due to overheating are often encountered, which seriously influence their reliable operation, Based on infrared radiation data registered, a comparison was made between temperatures of collector rings of Jiaxing Power Plant Co, Ltd. ' s second construction stage's No.3 and No. 5 600 MW generators, problems existing in the ventilation system are analyzed, which may serve as a reference for later design and improvement of such generators' collector tings as well as of their ventilation systems.
