摘要
在DMAC-1型催化剂作用下,用乙酸和二甲胺为原料,采用液相釜式串并联反应合成N,N-二甲基乙酰胺.研究了反应中催化剂用量、原料配比、温度、压力、时间的改变时乙酸转化率和N,N-二甲基乙酰胺选择性的影响。结果表明,催化剂用量为原料乙酸的0.6%~1.2%,乙酸与二甲胺的配比(摩尔比)为1:1.2,反应压力0.8—2.2MPa.反应温度为170℃,反应时间为5h,乙酸转化率〉95%,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺的选择性〉96%。
Under the action of DMAC 1 type of catalyst, taking acetic acid and dimethyl as raw material, using liquid phase autoclave reaction in serial & parallel modes to synthesize N, N--dimethylaeetylamine, the author has studied on catalyst consume in reaction, raw material proportion, temperature, pressure and the influence of time variation on selectivity of acetic acid conversion rate, N, N--dimethylaeetylamine. The result indicates that the catalyst consume is the 0, 6% - 1. 2% of raw material of acetic acid, the proportion ( mole ratio) of acetic acid and dimethylamine is 1 : 1.2, reaction pressure is 0. 8 - 2. 2 MPa, reaction temperature is 170℃, reaction time is 5h, conversion rate of acetic acid is larger than 95%, and the selectivity of N, N-dimethylaeetylamine is more than 96%.
