摘要 对K2CO3生产过程中产生的低浓度NH4C l废水处理进行了工程总结,通过离子交换浓缩和低温多效蒸发冷析结晶技术回收NH4C l;采用离子交换+膜法处理+三效蒸发浓缩制备食盐水和纯水回用于生产。介绍了8 kt/aNH4C l回收装置的工艺技术参数和生产运行状况,对装置的经济技术指标、运行效果和存在的问题进行了总结。 Engineering summarization was made for treatment of low concetration NH4Cl waste water which was produced in the K2CO3 production process, through ion exehange/eoneentration and low temperature muhi-effective evaporation cold separation crystallization technology the NH4Cl could be recovered; using ion exchange, membrane method treatment and 3 effective evaporation coneentratinn the salt water and pure water could be prepared and reused for production. The process technolngy parameters and production operation situation were introduced for 8 kt/a NH4Cl recovery unit, summarization was made for eeonnmie/technical indexes, operating effect and exisling problems in the unit.
