摘要
分析了脱氢反应器压差不稳和压缩机功耗上升的原因;采取了在合成氨脱碳再生塔和尿素装置CO2压缩机一段入口分离器之间增设CO2气体循环洗涤装置的技改措施,改造后,脱氢反应器的压差在5个月内始终维持在60~65kPa,6个月后,压差也仅为85kPa;提出了改进后尚待解决的遗留问题。
Author has analyzed the reason why the pressure difference of de-hydrogen reactor was not stable and the power consume of compressor was increased; the technical reformation measures were adopted, i.e. the CO2 gas circulation washing device was added between the de-carbon regenerator in ammonia synthesis loop and the separator at the first stage inlet of CO2 compressor of urea plant, after reformation the pressure difference of de-hydrogen reactor was maintained always at 60 - 65 kPa within five months, 6 months later, this pressure difference was also only 85 kPa; the remained problems to be solved were suggested.
