医用高分子材料体外淋巴细胞微核试验研究

摘要 本文采用人体外周血淋巴细胞培养技术,对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚氨酯等六种高分子材料进行体外培养,结果表明PMMA及PMMA的液体组分具有明显微核增加,并形成剂量效应关系,但加量超过一定范围便出现细胞生长抑制或死亡现象,其它材料培养微核率接近正常或正常,与空白对照基本一致。 Standard methods of culturing human lymphocytes in vitro were used to assess the ability of inducing micronuclei of six polymers (Polymethyl methacrylate polyurethane, ea al).Results showed a significant increasing in microuncleus and a dosage-effect relation of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). Dosage of PMMA exceeding certain limit, the growth inhibition or death of cell appeared. Micronucleus rate of human lymphocytes cultured with other materials appeared normal or almost normal, there were no difference between those materials and the control group.
