摘要
以氯乙酰氯、乙二醇、长链叔胺为原料,合成了一系列含有酯基的季铵盐Gemini表面活性剂,用正交实验法对实验条件进行了优化,并用IR(红外光谱)1、H NMR(核磁共振氢谱)、MS(质谱)、元素分析等方法对产物结构进行了表征.该表面活性剂的性能测试结果显示,当疏水链R为C12H25,C14H29,C16H33时,其临界胶团浓度ccmc值分别为1.62×10-5,1.38×10-5,1.28×10-5mol/L,临界表面张力γcmc分别为36.4,38.5,41.2 mN.m-1.
A series of biquaternaryammonium salt surfactants with ester bond were synthesized using chloroacetylchlorlde, ethyleneglycol and N, N-Dimethyldodecylamine (or N, N-Dimethyltetradecylamine, N, N-Dimethycetylamine). The optimum reaction conditions were obtained via orthogonal experiments. The products were characterized by IR, 1^HNMR,MS, element analysis, and their surface properties were investigated. Their ccmc values were 1. 62 ×10^- 5, 1. 38 × 10^-5, 1. 28 × 10^-5 mol/L, and γcmc values were 3 6.4,38.5,41.2 mN· m^-1 (R: C12 H25, C14H29, C16H33), respectively.
