摘要
在分析现有的各种公路网规划方案设计与评价方法的基础上，提出了一种动态的设计与评价方法。即将公路网规划的方案设计与方案评价联成一体，利用方案评价的信息修改方案设计，再对新的方案重新评价。如此循环，不断地改进规划方案设计，丰富规划方案评价信息。这种方法可以结合运输规划软件进行快速的方案分析，也可以把人的经验纳入到方案设计中去，因此能够将定量分析与定性分析有机地结合起来。
An interactive evaluation approach of highway network plan is presented. This approach utilizes HNP software as a tool for analyzing alternative plans which includes a Multi-criteria Evaluation Model and Plan Information Management System. The former one may unite quantitative and qualitative analysis of a alternative plan, and the later may accumulate the information from the alternative plan which have been analyzed and enhance the communication between planners and policy-makers. This approach establishes the basis of comprehensive, corporating, continuing highway network planning.
