摘要
目的 采用高效液相色谱测定玉红膏中紫草素的含量。方法 选用C18柱，流动相：甲醇-0．05％磷酸水（80：20），检测波长520nm，柱温：30℃。结果 线性范围为0．22～1．1μg（r=0．9998），平均回收率99．4％，RSD=1．8％（n=5）。结论 此方法可以用于玉红膏中紫草素的含量控制。
Objective To determe shikonin in Yuhong ointment by HPLC. Methods C18 Column was used in HPLC with mobile phase：MeOH-H2O（0.05%H3PO4） （80： 20） ,diteetion wavelength：520 nm,eolumn temperature：30℃. Results The linear range of HPLC was 0. 22 - 1. 1 μg （ r = 0. 999 8 ）. The average recovery and RSD were 99.4%, 1. 8% respectively （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of shikonin in Yuhong Oinement.
