摘要
目的 建立广藿香中百秋里醇的气相色谱法(GC)含量测定方法。方法 色谱柱为HP-5柱;柱温采用程序升温,起始150℃,保持23min,8℃/min升至230%,保持2min;气化温度为250%;检测器温度为280℃;分流比为5:1;流速为0.9ml/min。结果 平均回收率为99.31%,RSD为1.89%。14批广藿香的百秋里醇含量在0.259%~0.810%范围之间。结论 方法准确可靠,重复性好,可用于广藿香的质量控制指标之一。
Objective To determine the content of patchouli alcohol in Herba Pogostemonis by GC. Methods HP - 5 column was used. Column temperature was raised by programming. The injector temperature was 250℃ and the detector temperature was 280℃. The column flow was 0.9 ml · min^-1. Results The average recovery of was 99.31% with a RSD of 1.89%. The determination of patchouli alcohol of 14 samples is 0.259% - 0.810%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate and can be used as a quality control method for Herba Pogostemonis
