Inhibitory Effect of Herba Scutellariae Barbatae on PG Cell by MTT Technology

目的观察半枝莲对人肺巨细胞癌细胞株PG细胞增殖的影响。方法采用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测PG细胞增殖的状况。结果不同浓度的半枝莲含药血清对肺癌细胞PG增殖有抑制作用,且呈明显的时效和量效关系。结论半枝莲含药血清在体外可有效抑制肺癌细胞PG的生长,具有一定的细胞毒作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Herba Scutellariae Barbatae on the growth of PG cell. Methods Used MTr technology to measure. Results Herba Scutellaricte Barbatae inhibited the growth of PG cell with the relations of time - effect and dosage - effect. Conclusion Herba Scutellaricte Barbatae can inhibit the growth of PG cell.
