高效液相色谱法测定锦灯笼药材中木樨草素的含量研究

Content Determination of Luteolin in Jindenglong by HPLC

目的 测定锦灯笼药材中木樨草素的含量。方法 木樨草素含量测定采用HPLC色谱法，色谱柱EclipseXDB-C18流动相为甲醇-水（100：100），流速为1．0m1／min。结果 木樨草素在0．0143-0．1287μg线性关系良好（r=0.9991），，灯笼药材中木樨草素含量平均值为0．1027mg／g。结论 该方法简便易行，对于中药材锦灯笼的内在质量评价有了提高。

Objective To determine the content of Luteolin in the Jindenglong. Methods The determination was carried on with HPLC using EclipseXDB-C18 column, Methanol-water（ 100： 100） mobile phase with a flow rate 1.0 mL/min . Results The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.014 3-0. 128 7μg（ r = 0.999 1 ） the average content of luteolin in Jindenglong was 0. 102 7 mg/g. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and can be one of the method to prove the quality of Jindenglong.
