摘要
目的 制备保肾胶囊,建立保肾胶囊的含量测定方法。方法 用大黄为原料制备保肾胶囊,以1,8-二羟基蒽醌为对照品,采用分光光度法进行含量测定,检测波长为516nm。结果 在2.4~14.4μg/ml浓度范围内吸光度与浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999)。平均回收率为101.8%,RSD为2.5%(n=9)。结论 制备该胶囊工艺简单,质量可控。
Objective To produce and establish a method for the measure of the content in Baoshen capsules. Methods We pro- duce Baoshen Capsules using Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and measure the content with the sample wavelength of 516nm using 1,8- hydroxyanthraquinone as control article by spectrophotometry. Results A good linear relation between content and absorbanee in the range of 2.4- 14.4μg/ml ( r = 0. 999 9), with average percent recovery 101.8 % and RSD was 2.5% ( n = 9). Conclusion The produce method is simple and quality is controllable.
