保肾胶囊的制备及含量测定

Production and Determination of the Content in Baoshen Capsules

目的 制备保肾胶囊，建立保肾胶囊的含量测定方法。方法 用大黄为原料制备保肾胶囊，以1，8-二羟基蒽醌为对照品，采用分光光度法进行含量测定，检测波长为516nm。结果 在2．4～14．4μg/ml浓度范围内吸光度与浓度呈良好线性关系（r=0．9999）。平均回收率为101．8％，RSD为2．5％（n=9）。结论 制备该胶囊工艺简单，质量可控。

Objective To produce and establish a method for the measure of the content in Baoshen capsules. Methods We pro- duce Baoshen Capsules using Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and measure the content with the sample wavelength of 516nm using 1,8- hydroxyanthraquinone as control article by spectrophotometry. Results A good linear relation between content and absorbanee in the range of 2.4- 14.4μg/ml （ r = 0. 999 9）, with average percent recovery 101.8 % and RSD was 2.5% （ n = 9）. Conclusion The produce method is simple and quality is controllable.
