摘要
目的合成天然产物车轴草醇。方法改进的Baker-Venkataram an法。结果以2,4-二羟基苯乙酮、对甲氧基苯甲酰氯为原料,合成了7-羟基-4'-甲氧基黄酮。其结构经UV,NMR,IR和MS确认,总收率为54.3%。结论该方法具有反应时间短、操作简便、副产物少、产率高等优点。
Objective To synthesize the pratol. Methods A modified Baker-Venkataraman rearrangement. Results The natural product pratol was synthesized from 2,4-didroxyacetophenone and 4-methoxybenzoyl chloride successfully. Conclusion This method has the advantages of high yields, short reaction time, easy preparation.
