摘要
回顾了我国20年科技体制改革的历程,分析了十几年来科技投入产出效率的变化趋势,分析了相对效率与经济增长率的关系,得出了科技体制改革并没有实现预期目标的结论,今后的科技改革还需要在投入的结构上进行调整,以期达到改善绩效的目的。
The article reviewed the reform course of Chinese science and technology system, analyzed the changing trend of output efficiency of science and technology input and argued the relationship between the relative efficiency and economic gross rate. In the final, the author concluded that the reformation hadn＇t realized the anticipated object; in order to improve the performance, we ought to adjust input structure.
