摘要
组织在知识管理过程中需要主动遗忘两类知识:一类是阻碍组织发展的过时的旧知识,一类是组织新习得的、但还未进入组织记忆系统的有害知识。就知识管理中的主动遗忘管理进行研究,试对知识管理理论作一补充。
So far, researches on knowledge management are always focused on how to create, transfer and retain knowl-edge. However, there is another important issue of knowledge management need to be discussed, which is organizationalforgetting. Organizations can unconsciously or intentionally forget their knowledge. This paper made a research on organizational intentional forgetting to make a contribution to knowledge management theory.
