摘要
针对知识型员工的特点、成长需求,在问卷调查的基础上,结合数理统计技术,定量地对知识型员工的成长需求结构和有效激励机制等进行了系统的分析,在此基础上提出了具有针对性的关于知识型员工有效激励的机制问题,并从我国高新技术企业知识型员工激励实施人力资源管理本土化研究的角度,提出相应的激励对策。
Aiming at the characteristics and growing demand of knowledge-based employee, this paper analyzed systemically the growing demand structure and effective inspiriting mechanism of knowledge-based employee using mathematical statistics technique based on the survey data. On the basis of the above analysis, the paper put forward the effective inspiriting mechanism of knowledge-based employee. And, from the viewpoint of localization of human resource, the paper presented the corresponding inspiriting countermeasures.
