Analysis of Relationship between the Patent Application and Performance of Electronic Equipment Companies

根据国外学者对高技术领域大企业专利活动的实证研究,选取我国电子信息产业电子与电子设备制造的24家大型上市公司基于面板数据进行回归和数据统计分析,得出了跟国外实证研究不同的结果,我国企业的专利申请量同公司业绩之间的相关关系并不明显,对此,也提出一些尝试性的解释。

Making reference to the empirical studies on patent activities of large high technology enterprises by foreign scholars, the authors choose 24 companies in electronic equipment industry and conduct panel data regress and statistics analysis. The research result shows that the patent application volume is not obviously correlated to enterprises performance, which is different from the result of foreign scholar. On the basis of the above analysis, the paper put forward some explanations tentatively.
