摘要
煤基氨-动力多联产系统是一种建立在能量梯级利用概念基础上,融合了煤气化联合循环发电系统和合成氨流程的化工-动力多联产系统。利用大型化工流程模拟软件Aspen Plus对各系统进行了流程模拟,分析比较了分产系统和多联产系统的性能,指出该多联产系统可节能9.1%。借助于图像分析法,揭示了系统性能改善的内部机理。
A coal based ammonia-power polygeneration system is a kind of system, founded on the concept of cascaded utilization of energy, which has integrated the ammonia synthesis process into a combined cycle of coal gasification and power generation. All the systems have been process simulated with the help of simulation software "Aspen Plus", used for large scale chemical processes ; the properties of the individual systems and that of the polygeneration system are being analyzed and compared with one another, pointing out that 9.1% energy may be saved with the latter. An analysis, by means of diagrams, indicates the intrinsic mechanism for possibilities of system improvements. Figs I l and refs 10.
