摘要
通过斜v型拘束焊接试验方法对HCM2S钢的再热裂纹敏感性进行了试验研究.试验结果表明,HCM2S钢有再热裂纹敏感性,出现再热裂纹最敏感的温度范围为690℃~760℃.结合HCM2S钢的合金化特点,从内在因素和外在因素二方面论述了HCM2S钢产生再热裂纹的原因,并提出了避免再热裂纹产生的方法.
The susceptibility of HCM2S steel to reheat cracking has been studied by y-groove restraint weld cracking tests, which confirm the steel' s susceptibility in the temperature range between 690 ℃ - 760 ℃. In consideration of the steel's alloying property, the reason for its liability to reheat cracking is being discussed, both from aspects of intrinsic and extrinsic influencing factors, together with hints concerning ways of avoiding reheat cracking.
