摘要
目的:研究茶多酚(TP)对HepG2细胞损伤的保护作用及可能机制。方法:在HepG2细胞培养液中分别加入不同浓度的TP,再加入H2O2及CCl4建立2种损伤模型,通过测定光密度值计算细胞生存率,同时比较天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)活性的变化。结果:与模型组比较,不同浓度的TP均可提高损伤后的HepG2细胞生存率,降低AST的活性(P<0.01)。结论:TP对HepG2细胞损伤具有保护作用,其机制可能与清除氧自由基、对抗脂质过氧化有关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the protective action of tea phlyphenol(TP) on HepG2 cells injury and the possible mechanism. METHODS: Different concentrations of TP were added into HepG2 cell culture fluid, which was then added with H2O2 and CCl4 to form 2 kinds of injury models, cell survival rate was figured out by detecting the optical density value and changes of AST activities were monitored. RESULTS: As compared with model group, different concentrations of TP increased the survival rate of the injured HepG2 cells, and reduced the activities of AST(P〈0.01).CONCLUSIONS:TP has protective effect on HepG2 cells injury, the mechanism is possibly related to the clearance of free radicals and its anti- lipid peroxidation.
