目的:为改进和完善滴眼剂说明书提供建议,以促进滴眼剂的安全、有效使用。方法:搜集我院西药房滴眼剂18类共123个品种的说明书进行调查和分析。结果:滴眼剂说明书中药理毒理、药动学、不良反应、禁忌证、注意事项、孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药、儿童用药、老年患者用药、药物相互作用、药物过量这几个最重要的项目均未完全达到国家规定的标准;进口滴眼剂的说明书质量优于国产滴眼剂。结论:滴眼剂说明书还存在一些不规范问题,需不断完善,使医师、药师、患者获得更多更详细的药品知识,以利于安全、有效地用药。

OBJECTIVE： To provide suggestions for the improvement of eye drops specifications（EDS） so as to promote safe and effective use of eye drops.METHOD： 123 kinds of EDS in 18 categories in our hospital pharmacy were investigated and analyzed.RESULTS： Several important contents in the specifications like pharmacology and toxicology, pharmacokineties, adverse reactions, contraindications, precautions, medications for pregnant and nursing women, and that for children and senile patients,drug interactions and overdose failed to fully meet the national criteria.The quality of the imported EDS was superior to that of the domestic EDS.CONCLUSIONS： The EDS were still far from being perfect and improvement of which is necessary so that more detailed drug information is available for physicians,pharmacists and patients,which is conducive to safe and effective use of drugs.
