单侧唇裂两种手术方法的选择比较

The Compare Between Two Methods to Repair Unilateral Cleft Lips

目的探讨旋转推进法及对偶三角瓣法修复不同程度的单侧唇裂的优缺点及适用范围。方法患者分别运用两种手术方法对不同程度的单侧唇裂进行修复,并对术后的效果进行比较。结果本组538例患者中旋转推进法修复211例,对偶三角瓣法修复327例,术后效果基本满意,上唇外形良好。结论单侧唇裂均可用两种术式进行修复,其中对偶三角瓣法适用于红唇裂及裂隙较轻的不完全唇裂,而旋转推进法对于裂隙较重的伴有腭裂的完全性唇裂的修复效果更佳。

Objective To discuss the merit, shortcoming and adaption of the symmetric triangular flaps and the Rotation- advancement lip- repair in patients with different degree of unilateral cleft Iip（UCL）. Methods In 538 patients with UCL, we used different methods to repair, and compared the effects after operation. Results 211 patients were repaired by the Rotation - advancement method, and 327 patients were repaired by the symmetric triangular flaps method. All operations were satisfied with the form of their upper lips. Conelusions UCL can be repaired by these two methods, and the symmetric triangular flaps methods is applicable to red- lip cleft and incomplete cleft, the Rotation- advancement method is applicable to complete cleft with uranoschisis.
