缬沙坦联用卡托普利对高血压患者心功能及左心室肥厚的影响

Effects of Combination Valsartan with Captopril on Cardiac Function and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy in Hypertension

目的探讨缬沙坦联用卡托普利与单用卡托普利比较,对高血压患者心功能及左心室肥厚的影响。方法入选的45例高血压患者随机分为缬沙坦联用卡托普利组和卡托普利组,记录每日血压,采用彩色超声心动图测定治疗前及治疗8周后左心功能及左心室参数变化,观察临床症状及副作用。结果联用治疗每搏输出量(SV)、每分输出量(CO)、左室射血分数(LVEF)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。联用治疗组左室舒张未期内径(LVDd)、左室收缩未期内径(LVSs)、左室质量指数(LVMi)均有下降,与治疗前及对照组比较P<0.05。结论缬沙坦联用卡托普利治疗高血压,改善心功能作用优于单独应用卡托普利。

Objective To evaluate the effects of Conbination valsartan with Captopril on Cardiac function and left ventricular hypertrophy（LVH） in hypertensive patients. Methods 45 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into valsartan with Captopril group and Captopril group, blood pressure were examined evary day. Cardiac function and LVH parameters were measured by the colour ultrasonic cardiogram（UCG） before and after 8 weeks of freatment the patients and to observe clinical specific symptions and safely. Result The SV, CL and LVEF was increased significantly in the combinative group （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. the patients in combinative grorp had a significantly change on LVDd, LVSd and LVMI in before and after 8 weeks of treatment than Captopril alone（ P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The Combination of Valsartan with Captopril in hypertensive patients has better effect on left Ventricular function than Captopril alone.
