Effect of LI Bai Washing Detergent on Sterilization

目的确定立白洗洁精的杀菌效果。方法用普通肉汤倍量稀释培养法,根据肉汤的混浊度判定细胞的生长与否及它们的量。调节洗洁精的pH值观察其对杀菌效果的影响。结果立白洗洁精1∶20时可杀以杀灭杂菌,1∶10时可以杀灭主要的肠道致病菌。洗洁精的pH值可影响洗洁精的杀菌效果。结论立白洗洁精pH值为10,符合国家卫生部所提出的10.5要求,杀菌效果好。

Objective To determine the sterilization effect of Li Bai washing detergent, Methods In this study, the sterilization effect of the detergent in different concentration and pH was detected by germiculture with meat infusion. The influence on sterilization effect could be observed by detecting the amount of the bacteria after culture. Results 1 ： 20 titre of washing detergent killed the mixed bacterium and 1 ： 10 titre of washing detergent killed important enteric pathogen, pH of washing detergent may influence its sterilization effect. Conclusions pH of Li Bai washing detergent is 10, the pH accord with criteria demanded by Health Department. Sterilization effect of Li Bai washing detergent is good.
