摘要
介绍了根据教学需要而设计开发的PN结温度传感器实验系统。学生可以利用该系统测量不同PN结的温度-电压特性;对测量数据进行线性回归分析;根据回归分析的结果,进行温度测量。
This paper introduces the PN junction sensor experimental system of temperature developed by the author according to the needs of teaching. Students can use the system to measure the temperature - voltage characteristic of different PN junctions and carry on linear regression analysis of the data measured. According to the linear regression analysis result, temperature survey can be taken with the system.
