高等职业院校绩效管理模式研究 被引量:9

摘要 本课题研究了我国高等职业院校教师的胜任特征模型及其与组织公民行为、任务绩效的关系。根据研究成果,重新建立了浙江工贸职业技术学院的绩效管理系统。
