六味地黄丸延缓衰老的临床研究及其药理实验研究

Clinical and Pathological Experimental Study on deferring Senile effects of Liuwei Dihuang Pill

目的探讨六味地黄丸延缓衰老的临床疗效及其作用机理。方法将符合标准的292例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组242例,口服六味地黄丸,对照组50例,口服安慰剂。并进行相应的动物实验观察六味地黄丸延缓衰老的作用。结果治疗组肾虚衰老治疗后症状积分值,比治疗前有显著性差异(P<0．001,P<0．01);安慰剂对照组治疗前后无明显区别。近视力、握力、心理衰老、瞬时记忆积分等,应用六味地黄丸后均有显著改善(P<0．01);安慰剂对照组无明显差异。血清过氧化脂质、肾上腺皮激素,超氧化物歧化酶、血浆睾酮、雌二醇、细胞免疫功能等方面,治疗组比治疗前有显著改善 (P<0．01);对照组变化不明显。药理学研究证明,六味地黄丸具有滋补肝肾、降血压、抗心律失常、降血脂、抗动脉硬化、降血糖、抗应激等作用。结论六味地黄丸具有延缓衰老的功效,且具有一定的药理学基础。

Objective： To explore therapeutic effects and its mechanism of Liuwei Dihuang pill in deferring senile. Methods： Two hundred and ninety-two patients with kidney deficiency syndrome were divided into two groups： treatment group （242 patients） and control group （50 patients）. The Liuwei Dihuang pill was orally administrated to patients in treatment, and placebo to control group. At the same time, experimental study was conducted. Results： The senile symptom score of kidney deficiency syndrome in treatment group decreased after treatment compared to that of before treatment （P〈0.001,0.01）, while in control group there had no significant difference before and after treatment. The scores of near vision, grip strength, psychic senile and instant memory improved obviously after Liuwei Dihuang pill treatment （P〈 0.01）, but the scores in control group had no significant changes. In treatment group, the contents of serum peroxide lipid, adrenocortical hormone, super-oxide dismutase, plasmic testosterone, estradiol and cellular immune function had significant improvement after treatment compared to those of before treatment（P〈0.01）, while in control group there had no significant changes. Pathological experiment showed that Liuwei Dihuang pill had such effects as nourishing liver and kidney, decreasing blood pressure, blood sugar and blood-lipid, anti-arrhythmia, antiarteriosclerosis, and anti- stress. Conclusion： The Liuwei Dihuang pill is effective to anti-senile, which also has pathological basics.
