宁波市海曙区慢性非传染性疾病患病信息监测系统的管理及工作体会

Management of the information monitoring system of non-infectious chronic diseases in Haishu District and our work experience

目的完善宁波市海曙区慢性非传染性疾病患病信息监测系统。方法医疗机构开展慢性病患病信息监测工作；疾病预防控制中心制订工作规范,开展业务培训和指导。结果海曙区慢性病患病信息监测网络逐步健全,高血压、糖尿病监测进展良好。而恶性肿瘤、冠心病、慢性阻塞性肺部疾病的监测效果不明显。结论开展慢性病患病信息监测工作有利于对高血压和糖尿病患者进行随访和健康指导。海曙区慢性非传染性疾病患病信息监测系统还有待进一步完善。

Objective The present study was made to improve the information monitoring system of non-infectious chronic diseases in Haishu district of Ningbo City. Methods Information monitoring of chronic diseases was carried out in the medical facilities based on the job specification established by CDC, which provided technical training and instruction. Results The Information monitoring network of non-infectious chronic diseases was further improved in Haishu district with monitoring of hypertension, diabetes mellitus well done, but no obvious effects were seen in the monitoring of malignant tumours, coronary heart disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. Conclusion Information monitoring system of non-infectious chronic diseases contributes to follow-up and healthcare instruction of patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The information monitoring system of non-infectious chronic disease in Haishu district remains to be further strengthened.
