摘要
宪政运动伴随着中华民族争取独立、民主、富强的斗争而在民国初年蓬勃展开,朝野各界纷纷以各种不同方式投入到这场立宪洪流之中,王宠惠作为近代中国有影响的法学家和政治活动家,与时参与了民国初年的联省自治思潮、国民制宪思潮和“好政府主义”思潮等各种宪政思潮,表达了通过建构宪政秩序促进国家走上现代化发展道路的进步理念。
It was with campaign for the Chinese ＇independence, democracy, affluence and mightiness that the modem constitutional movement was launched in the early years of the republic of China. Various circles of society took part in this constitutional construction. WANG Chong-hui as an important member of professional jurist group, participated in the social ideological trend of federated autonomy, good government＇s doctrine and formulation of a new constitution by people, and expressed his modernized thought.
