摘要
本文从远程教育外部质量保障因素到远程教育内部质量保障因素进行了比较全面的分析,并根据分析结果给出了远程教育质量保障功能图,适用于校外学习中心助学过程。
This paper made a complete analysis on the external and internal elements of quality guaranteeing in the distance education. A function chart of quality guaranteeing was made according to the analysis result, which can be applied to the process of learning-assisted in the distance study center.
