熊胆对体外培养心肌细胞的保护作用 被引量:13

摘要 将Wistar系大鼠乳鼠心肌细胞原代单层培养5~7d,用组织学方法和生化指标测定方法研究熊胆对缺氧缺糖心肌细胞的影响。结果,实验组心肌细胞糖原含量明显增多,琥珀酸脱氢酶活性明显增强,乳酸脱氢酶活性明显降抵,超微结构的损伤性变化明显恢复,心肌细胞膜酶释放也明显降低至接近正常水平。 After primary monolayer cultivation of cardiac muscle cells of Wistar suckling mice from 5 to 7 days in vitro,the effects of bear bile for hypoxia and sugar deficiency of cardiac muscle cell were studied by using histochemistry and biochemical methods.The bear bile could significantly increase glycogen content of cardiac muscle cell,enhance the activity of succinate dehydrogenase,decrease the activity of lactic dehydrogenase and reduce the enzyme release of cardiac muscle cell membrane near to normal level,and restored markedly the injury changes of ultrastructure resulted from hypoxia and sugar deficiency.
