熊胆对家兔离体心脏和小鼠耐缺氧、镇静、耐寒作用的影响

Effects of bear bile on heat isolated in rabbits and hypoxia tolerance and sedation action in mice

用离体家兔心脏灌流、小鼠常压耐缺氧和自发活动法观察熊胆对离体家兔心脏和小鼠常压耐缺氧及自主活动的影响。结果表明熊胆对离休家兔心脏冠脉流量、心肌收缩力、心率无明显影响，但可明显延长小鼠的常压耐缺氧存活时间，对照组为３０．６６±３．３８ｍｉｎ，药物组为４１．４５±５．５７ｍｉｎ，４６．６４±６．７８ｍｉｎ，小鼠的自发活动减少，并有明显的耐低温作用。

The effects of bear bile for heart isolated from rabbits and hypoxia tolerance and sedation actions in mice were studied by heart perfusion and under ordinary pressure and hypoxia condition.The results showed that bear bile had no marked influence to the flow of coronary artery of heart,cardiac contractility and heart rate,but could significantly extend the survival time of mice that was 30.66±3.38 min in control group, 41.45±5.57 min and 46.64±6.78 min in bear bile groups,and decreased the spontaneous activity of mice,played a significant role in cold tolerance.
