摘要
老年慢性支气管炎,在我国是很常见的,因发病率高对老年人身体健康危险极大,目前还缺乏一种简便易行的判定病情和疗效的客观指标。本文对80例老慢支患者的痰液性状(脓性痰、粘液脓性痰、稠粘液痰、稀粘液痰)进行观察,认为痰液性状在临床分期和临床表现方面是重要的,并可作为判断病情和疗效的指标。我们作如下检测:细胞数、中性白细胞数、DNA纤维、酸性粘多糖纤维、肺功能、神经氨酸,结果与痰液性状变化完全一致。
Chronic bronchitis is a common disease in the elderly in China,Which has a strong impact on the health of the populati on.So far there has been no objective criteria,simple,and convenient, for its condition and curative effect.Suptum characteristics were studied in 80 cases of the disease in the elderly.It was found that suptum characteristics.Played an important role in assessing the conditon and curative effect of the disease.
