本文以碱性酒石酸铜(ACT)比色法测定了硫酸丁胺卡那霉素注射液的含量。回收率99.92%,CV=0.77%,表明该法具有简便、快速、准确等特点,适合于制药厂半成品的质量控制。

The level of the amikacin injection was measured by ACT colorimetry.The results showed an recovery rate of 99.92%,suggesting that the measurement was rapid and accurate,with easy ap- plication in pharmaceutical factory for the controling of femi—finished product.
